Refund Policy
We want every student to have a positive learning experience.
Digital Courses
Unless specifically mentioned on the course page, course purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been granted.
If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased course, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate payment made due to technical error will be refunded after verification.
Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but your enrollment is not confirmed, please contact our support team with the transaction details. After verification, the payment will either be refunded or your enrollment will be completed.
